I have never stayed in such a noisy hotel! People sounded like they were stomping down the halls and in their rooms. We could hear a dog whining in the room next to ours. Kids running down the halls and other room doors slamming so hard it rattled our room door. Obviously no sound-proofing in this building. I could feel the floor of my room shake with some of the noises. Our window faced Interstate 10 which was also noisy. Bed was comfortable, cocktail hour was great, but I would’ve rather been in a hotel with better insulation and noise control.

WE had a handicap accessible room. The bed was a good height for my husband to transfer on to and off from. Moving around the room in his wheelchair was a bit tight. I had to rearrange furniture. Excellent experience with everything else.

Lisa the manager was very accomodating in getting us a room after my wife's hospital stay, she has always been very nice to us. My only complaint is that the noise from the freeway is very loud on that side of the hotel, making it hard to sleep.
