City centre hotel better for business users

Pros: Free airport transfer, comfortable bed.
Cons: Indifference of most Reception staff, general organisation, breakfast buffet, wardrobe space in room - we could go on!
Location: Beach nearby, many restaurants, Vegueta Old Town and Triana with variety of shops a short taxi ride away.
Too many disatisfactions to list here. Will be writing to Marriott in detail.

Contemporary clean rooms in a great location

We stayed for a week early October 2012, returning from our first visit in 2007. It is a perfect location for a stroll to the beach or into town, with ample local buses available locally if you want to get out to others parts of the city or to other places around the Island without hiring a car. The room was great in 2007 and still looked good, with the free mini bar also still in operation. Great views from all rooms. The hotel had added a free shuttle bus from the airport since we last visited. It made it an extremely comfortable and swift trip too and fro. A nice touch.

Liian kallis tasoonsa nähden; jo hiukan nuhjuinen paikka. WiFi pätki. Hyvät maisemat merelle mutta liikenteen ääni hieman häiritsee.

Katolla sijaitseva uima-allas oli kylmä. Huoneiden seinät paperia ja kaikki äänet kulkevat seinien läpi joka suuntaan.
