Other Things to Note:


⦁ Per the rental restrictions at Vdara I am not allowed to leave utensils, a coffee maker, cookware or plates in my condo for guests to use. However, cookware and utensils can be delivered upon request free of charge through room service.

⦁ There is a wall unit dividing the room to create a sleeping room and living room area with two Flat Screen TV's on each side of the divider.

⦁ NO SMOKING! Vdara is a 100% smoke free property

• Your valid photo ID is required upon CHECK-IN. Your full name on your ID must be the same as what is written in the booking details that we have. Please let us know if your ID name is slightly different.

• You will be required to provide a damage deposit upon booking. This is the security deposit required by the hotel. Guests will be asked to place a valid credit card on hold with the front desk for the $100/night damage deposit to cover any incidentals. The deposit will be refunded as long as there are NO damages incurred to the condo.

• This is a privately owned condominium. Daily housekeeping is not an included service. Additional towels or linens will be provided separately, please direct all requests to the hotel.

• Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, we are not able to offer early check-in or late check-out requests. If you need to store your luggage before or after your stay, you may do so at the bell desk located in the lobby.

• The cleaning fee includes a one-time cleaning fee upon check-in. Extra cleaning is available @ Vdara for an additional charge.

• Valet Parking is available for up to one vehicle. Please note valet does have capacity limits out of our control, in the event that it is full guests may park in the self-parking structure.
