I was so disappointed with this visit. Always had an issue in my very short stay. Day 1 AC not working, next day no cleaning service in my room. I left my room for 10 hrs and no privacy sign on the door. No one cleaned my room. Had to call close to midnight to get someone down there. Day 3 no restock of basics like body wash, hand wash, essentials. This is what I pay for? To not have the minimum basics met? Ridiculous

Overall a good experience, except the front of house staff at the Mayfair supper club, not at all welcoming and very unprofessional, took the shine off the wife’s 40th birthday as soon as we entered when expectations were high and you’re paying a premium! Loved our stay here for my husband’s 40th. The only two things that surprised us is there was no coffee machine in the room or additional toiletries (shower cap, cutips). They also don’t enable you to add tip to your final bill so it’s good to bring cash for the housekeeping staff/front staff.

Nice place. Beautiful decorations and very convenience. The water fountain show was beautiful. We went around the time when they are setting up for formula 1 race. Traffic was a bit congested and the water fountain show was blocked from the street view.

Outstanding lobby, public areas and pool. Excellent staff. See the “O” show there. Breakfast: guests are extremely Underserved for breakfast. There is one medium size restaurant with lines 40-50 people deep each morning. There is a pastry, etc. take away site that also has guest standing in lines of 40 people. Inadequate for the size and quality of this hotel.

The property is clean and centrally located in Las Vegas. However, don't expect luxury amenities at this price point, such as Q-tips or a scale in the bathroom. I don't recommend having breakfast at the hotel restaurant, as there's usually a long wait if you go at 9 a.m. or later.

The property is in need of a total renovation. The quality and standards from when the hotel first opened has changed drastically. For example the towels, hair and skin products, toilet paper….The hotel provides robe but slippers? The cost of the in room snacks and beverages is a total scam. Super disappointed. And to top it all off the costs for the rooms is outrageous.
