The WiFi did not work at all while I was there. I could barely even get 1 bar of cell phone service in my room. Also the TV would not work at all, it played continuous loops of commercials about the hotel. I made numerous complains and was told the issue would get fixed and it never did.

You should explained about mini bar system and Uber place. We were very nervous that we have moved something in fridge. Also, we were late to arrive at cirque du soleil as it was very difficult to discover the Uber place. We will never stay at your hotel.

The WiFi didn’t work the entire 3 night stay. If it did they charged $15 a day each device after the first two. We called the WiFi help number on Sunday they said it would be fixed by 9 pm that night. We checked out on Wednesday and it still didn’t work. It’s worth the stay at the lower prices but if it’s $200 plus a night go somewhere else.

One of the last Strip hotels to stay at, and I'm glad I hadn't prior. Miserable, so many terms and conditions and cheeky ways to grab your money, for example in the room they are kind enough to put a Keurig coffee machine on the desk, but it's $22.50 for a Keurig pod. I was fortunate to net my biggest win ever on the slots, but it didn't help lift the experience out of the gutter.
