Although my situation got fixed... I was very unhappy with the check in process. Staff advised it was due to housekeeping but it took 4 hours to receive my room keys. That shouldn't be happening for a hotel with such high reputation. Not even a heads up was provided.

Caesars is just a closed Vegas hotel. It’s Vegas classy, clean, services are great. Lots of dining options. Hotel room was very spacious, huge bathroom. Casino easy to get around

service is terrible， I booked a king room, but they just assigned me a double queen without even telling me. I called after I entered the room and the. They said oh, we running out of king, our policy is not guarantee the bed type. I understand you may run out, but do you even care to at least let your customer know?! Later they exchange my parking ticket and let me use my room key to going out of garage, but the room key didn’t work! I stuck at the gate for a long time and have to go back to the lobby to re-enable my key! It’s a disaster, they provide you a coffee maker but didn’t provide any pods! It’s worse than a motel!

Carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it opened 20 + years ago. Staff was rude and seemed like we they didn’t want us there. Don’t forget the $55 dollar a night up charge for taxes when you check out. Overall we will not be back.

Every day we were inconvenienced by having to get new keycards. The casino bathrooms were not clean and the staff was not overly accommodating. There was dog poop outside near the sitting area (near the waterfalls) for 4 days. The items in the bathroom were not replenished. Overall, not satisfied

Same complaint everytime I stay here, The airport shuttle drops off at the very rear of the building. Guests must treck their luggage the full length of the casino, over carpet , around all the gambling obsticals without proper signage to get to the registration desk. Pure and utter contempt for their guests. Ceasars Palace won't ever know I am not staying hear anymore, but it gives me great pleasure to know they won't get my money going forward.

Air conditioning in the hotel corridors felt like Norway during winter. After paying $54 a night ‘resort fee’ for the internet, turns out you can only add 2 devices a room, MGM is unlimited and an all round better hotel. Also the lifts don’t limit access by having to use your room card to enter your floor, meaning anyone can access the hotel room floors.
