Resort was ok. Bathtub will not drain properly, took about 30 minutes for water to completely be gone. Called front desk and we were told someone will be up right away to check, it took over an hour and maintenance pulled a big wad of hair down the drain. This means to mean to me that cleaning staff probably had not been using water to clean bathtub otherwise they would’ve reported it Also, our last night arriving late at the resort, A(C was nos working; we did not bother as our check out was at 4am. I would not give great reviews

Excellent property south of the main strip. Easy access, Uber was around $20 each way. Pool is nice, we had an excellent two bedroom apartment with kitchen and two bathrooms. Didn't do the sales pitch where they try to sell you an apartment and they didn't complain at all. Good choice, good price - what's not to like??!

We had a great stay at Cancun hotel for a family of 3 we booked the 1 bedroom suite and had ample space with the sofa bed in the living room. Pool was nice with this current weather and the location was convenient and easy access to the strip. Would be staying here again.

I asked to have my linens changed and bed made. Linens were delivered and left on the table.. Guess I paid alot but still am expected to make my own bed. Had one very busy elevator.. the other was not working my entire 4 night stay.

Check in was a complete disaster the lady gave us the wrong key and room we literally walked in on another family! they compensated us with $100 credit for the restraunt for there mistake but it still didn't make up for us missing our dinner reservations! they also have hidden fees resort fee said $120 online and I ended up paying $150 , then they also held a $300 room deposit which was never mentioned to me wat so ever , & The lifeguards at the pool were all kids and it showed by the way the 2 girls monitoring the waterslides kept flirting with the boys giving them special privilege's to get on the big slides when they were ''closed'' just a horrible experience and we will not be back I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PROPERY , I do Recommend the South Point Grand View way better luxurious stay with NEVER no issues or hidden fees!
