I had a disappointing experience during my trip. The dinner table leg was loose, and despite reporting it, no one attended to it until Monday, when it collapsed during breakfast. Additionally, on Saturday, a group of 15-20 guests from another party entered the pool, causing a disturbance with loud noise, intoxication, and disrespect towards other guests. Security was late to respond, and the air conditioning in my room was not functioning, which I reported multiple times before being relocated to another room.

The room was not properly checked before we moved in. Unfunctional safe and the alarm clock. The safe had to be repaired. Technicians had to come 2 times and replace the door of the safe. The transportation to the strip is only taxi or ride share. Only 1 entrance to the pool and that means u have to go all the way around in the blistering heat! Also the same with the grill area. Why not make 2 entrances so guests have more convenience? Most grills were broken! The pool was 92 degrees and half the back pool was closed all the time! The back pool actually had a refreshing temperature. The guards were rude and used their whistle all the time! Besides posting threatening signs about breaking rules and God forbid drinking alcohol at the grill area, the place needs lots of work!

Asked for room service once and only 1 out of the 3 beds were made. Trash was still left on the counter and table (because trash can was full). We requested extra towels and coffee creamer. The creamer never came. The towels were left in a large clear trash bag inside the door which we tripped over on our way in. One window shade was missing the stick so we had to reach up high to twist the little piece to open and close the blinds. The shower pipes when turned on was very high pitch and disturbing. The pool area had drunk people around lots of children and lucky security escorted them out. Many sections of the pool were closed due to lack of life guards (on Labor Day weekend) The 2 life guards that switch at the end of the pool slide were on their phones (which I got a picture of) and not paying attention to the group of people and kids in the water. Very unsafe.

My family and I have stayed here on three previous occasions. However, I was shocked at the changes this time around. First and primarily, our bed had a terrible smell, hairs on the sheets, and simply dirty. When I asked if the bedding could be changed I was replied with I need to download an app. The living space, simply filthy! Both my 4 year old daughter and I broke out in hives all over our bodies. We ended up at the mall to purchase clean bedding for our stay and placed a blank Ey over the sofa.

The room was not ready at 4pm check-in time. Had to speak to the manager twice. After 2nd request to speak to the manager I was able to get the room close to 2 hours later. Once we got the room the room had a very strong chemical smell and one of the toilet's was not flushed and had poop in it!!!

The resort policies on checking in and what credit cards they accept are ridiculous. It states that you need to use the same card to pay as you used to book the reservation. We did that and since it was my husband’s card and he was not traveling with us they would not accept it. We were out of state without another way to pay that much at once. After almost 3 hours in the lobby trying to find a solution, we ended up having to split the reservation, then rebook online and pay with the card they wouldn’t take. I double checked that everything was good for our 7-night stay and was assured all was good. Then when we returned home I noticed that they charged us again for 4 nights of our stay. They didn’t charge the original credit card but my bank account that we used to pay for the first 3 nights, reservation and deposit fees. When I called they didn’t want to give me a refund but said they would contact the “3rd party” we used to pay for the 5 nights! We have yet to see a refund. I will never book with Hilton again.
