My family's initial stay was supposed to be 4 days and 3 nights. We checked in Saturday night and checked out Sunday morning. It had an odor like it hadn't been cleaned properly. It was not a satisfying experience.

Didn’t appreciate that we had to wait over an hour for bedsheets for the very stained pull out couch when told 20 minutes and had to call twice, making us late for dinner plans. Pubic hair in showers, toothpaste on bathroom wall. Very roomy, loved having full kitchen and dining despite not being there long enough to use. Wished we could have used hot tub but closed at 8pm and we left so late for dinner bc of waiting on bed linen and then weren’t able to eat where planned so had to make new plans and had to walk a distance because we had Uber take us where we planned to eat but they couldn’t seat us before closing, resulted in getting us back too late for hot tub.

Not far from the Strip, this is a good option, although facilities are limited, they have two-bedroom suites at a reasonable price, rooms looked very old, the Kitchen had limited stuff.

You WILL have to pay an additional "hotel" fee at check in of $40. Expedia says all fees are included and they are not. This hotel has 5 buildings. We stayed in building 3 but we're offered building 5 as well so I imagine they are in the same condition. The smaller buildings looked to be the renovationed ones that they sell as time shares. They had salesmen all over, showing families around. I wish I could post photos here of the room. It was gross and I grew up going to a lot of cheap hotel rooms on vacations. Mattresses were gross, uncomfortable and noisy. Stains on every piece of furniture and beds. There were no fitted sheets on the bed or in the kit for the pullout bed that was also disgusting.just flat.The toilet ran the whole time. I found my 9 yr old ankle deep in backed up water in the shower. The shower pan was so full it almost spilled over.We woke up multiple times by loud gurgling from the opposite toilet *open the lid, it makes it less loud* Here is the biggest complaint. Do NOT book this place for the POOL, SLIDES, GAME AREAS or any of the other cool stuff. They are NOT included. I booked here for those specific reasons and was going to look past the cleanliness. They only want time share members to have access to these things. They had some of the pool and hot tub areas open to the lesser folk but would open up the slides when it seemed like certain people showed up and close them again. The lifeguards were kind. The game areas and others were members only.
