Maintenance work on the property's lifts will take place until December 31, 2025. During this time, guests may experience some longer waiting time for the lifts and some noises from the maintenance work.
The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.

Place is absolute trash. Actual drugs were left in the room open and exposed to my children as we entered the room. Front desk ripped us off as we left and had the audacity to charge us for smoking in the room for which NONE of us smoke, vape, or anything else. Buyer beware, this place is BEYOND unsafe!

The property was old and AC is not cold. When we arrived we dont have room to stay even we reserved 2months prior. We have to wait until thw manager confirmed our room and gave us 35th floor. It was so scary becuase the hallway qas a bit dark. Overall it was ok for the price we paid for. There was a hidden charge after we checkout. Not good!

We couldn’t take a shower because we had not water ( neither cold nor hot) . We asked to staff and they didn’t resolve this . There wasn’t water in the toilet too so we had to go to the public restroom. We asked the partial refund to prbitz and to the hotel but I haven’t .

The room had never been cleaned. Bugs running around. Partial marijuana joint on the floor. Electrical outlet loose in the wall with no cover and a potential fire hazard and electrical hazard. Finally when I went out to my truck someone accessed my room with I’m assuming a house cleaning employee key and took only my backpack which had everything of importance. All my cash, bank and credit cards, ID, my cell phone etc. I only stayed in the room long enough to determine where else to go. I was there less the an hour. Went to get my truck to load up and leave and was robbed. No hotel employee was any help. I paid for my entire 3 day stay and $20 3 day parking and was only there 1hr. Someone should give people clear understanding that they are being put in a room that’s not connected to the main hotel & casino and that they will have property stolen unless it’s kept on their person at all times. I’m sure it’s usually smaller amounts of cash etc and ppl think they lost it or just don’t say anything. Because their room is accessed with a key and not “broken into” and the leaves don’t disturb anything except the money etc they carefully remove. Since the hotel and security allow this to happen and I guess there’s no cameras out back in the projects, then ppl should get a fair warning.
