Maintenance work on the property's lifts will take place until December 31, 2025. During this time, guests may experience some longer waiting time for the lifts and some noises from the maintenance work.
The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.

My biggest gripe was with Expedia. They booked us for a tower room with a strip view, and gave us a ground level, Manor room. The property itself is pretty decrepit, and could use a huge facelift; but had some nostalgia to it all.

The room/surrounding area like hallways wer not clean and could use some upkeeping, that being said its not a 5 star hotel so dont have 5 star expectations. For the price its a good place to stay with kids, but its not walking distance from much else so you will make up your cost in Uber rides

I've stayed here twice and love the atmosphere! They have great pizza downstairs, just wished it was open on mondays. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back again!

I go to Vegas twice a year and this was the first time I stayed at Circus Circus. Upon my arrival, I checked in at one of the kiosks. When I had a question, I spoke to one of the Associate at the front desk. I waited while he was assisting 2 ladies who seemed to have an issue. He was unapologetic and stayed silent while they vented with no response. They gave up and he just looked at them and said, “have a nice day”. As for my contact with him, he was very monotone and didn’t not smile once. Felt like I was more of an inconvinience than anything. The room was decent and clean. We had an iron but no ironing board. I tried calling the front desk on 3 different occasions and never got an answer. The elevators are like a puzzle to work and we literally waited 10 min for an elevator on many occasions, which caused the elevator lobby to become filled with people just waiting and complaining. With floors were extremely dirty and I noticed the same crumbs all over some of the steps for the 3 days we were there. Very worn down place. Needs repairs, better cleanliness and better guest service

The worst place Ive ever stayed at. Ive never recieved my deposit back. The minute we went into the room the AC was broken had to wait for repair man. Then the shower spout was broken we were forced to take a bath until maitence came AGAIN to fix the repairs. Room keys stopped working in the middle of the night i had multiple trips back to main building to reset cards and they were stoll not reset. My children and i were locked out of our room for an hour before we finally got help. Unable to reach anyone at front desk. Extremely long holds. Overall a horrible experience
