Check in was easy and 1st staff member was nice. Walked into my room and it was tossed - dirty, not cleaned, bed sheets a mess, towels in bathroom all over the place. Obviously room was not clean/ready for next visit. Went to another check in desk, staff member was less friendly but still (kind-of) professional. Was provided another room after some wait. During my stay rooms were not cleaned, A/C sounded like a helicopter was taking off (loud A/F), TV doesn't work, and WIFI was non-existent. Crappy WiFi was actually slowing down my phone. Rooms are very outdated so don't expect much. No USB ports in rooms so bring chargers with connection box.

There are 2 hotels called Club soleil beside each other, which gets confusing for taxis. Try and find out which block you are in before travelling. Shuttle bus is provided daily and hourly which is a godsend, and takes you to main strip area.No facilities around,bars etc. Walkable distance to surrounding amenities ,weather permitting. Overall clean and quiet.

The hotel is fine- nothing stands out, but good for the price. Convenient area- close to grocery store. Shuttle to the Strip is very helpful. Pool area is nice, but the jets in the hot tub weren't working. Lobby is nice and staff are courteous. What brings my overall rating down is the fact that my room was attached to another, separated by a door that offers no privacy whatsover. I could hear every word, cough, etc. from next door and what was especially nerve-wracking was the tv blasting day and night. Felt like I was staying with them. I realize the hotel cannot control the actions of others, but I certainly would not stay here again unless something was done to improve sound proofing and privacy.

A fairly typical 00s resort, but not developing with the times, leaving a distinctly average experience. Our bed was comfy enough, and there were facilities to cook in the room (though we didn't test these). The pool was clean and a blessing in the desert heat. Our room was adjoining another studio, and we could hear the quietest of conversations from both that room and the room above us, which didn't make us feel particularly relaxed being able to talk/be awake in the room in the evenings. The Wifi doesn't reach all of the rooms (front desk said they couldn't do anything about this), and we had no cell reception in our room, so we were basically cut off from the outside world while we were in there, which was far from ideal. The old-style air con in the ceiling woke us up through the night turning itself on/off, and equipment for the on-site facilities were old and hagged (tennis racquets with disintegrating handles etc). The staff were reasonably friendly but not very helpful or welcoming. The shuttle bus was a neat feature, but the drivers were a little too enthusiastic with the gas pedal and turning, so while it was very helpful to get to the strip easily, it was a pretty uncomfortable ride.
