This is the spot for those who want to escape of the traffic, noise and hustle of the stip. The place is comfortable, the Staff is extremely friendly, safe with all the amenities of the big resort!

This place was a time share but we were not made aware of that until we checked in. We were bothered to sign up for a 2 hr meeting to discuss things. We had to take out our own trash and change our own sheets. People stay in a hotel to NOT have to do these things. The staff wasn't bad but I would not recommend staying here if you want to have fun. Was not allowed to drink in the pool and this hotel is NOT walking distant to anything in vegas. Way too many kids at this place as well. Plus the AC made horrible noise the whole time it ran.

Great location with free shuttle bus service to Treasure Island. The staff there is also very friendly and accommodating. The only minor issues are the odor smell from bathroom - might come from the sewage; the air conditioner is also noisy. Overall it was a great stay.

Hate timeshares
Didn't like the timeshare pitch after checking in. Tired from the trip, just wanted to rest in our room. The persistence of the timeshare people were bothersome. Our bathroom shower door was not sealed properly. Had a puddle outside the shower door. Had to put towels on the floor so we don't slip. Our bracelets would not open the gate for the pool.

Visited Vegas many times, first time staying here and I loved it, Hotel is away from all that the strip has going on, but also had free shuttle back and forth to the strip for those who doesn't rent a car...No Resort fee!! the catch to that is they try to sell you a time share, if you are not interested just politely declined like I did... other than that our 5 night stay was Great!!

Great property condition compared to older hotels in Vegas. Cleanliness in common areas was not great: pool towels left by other people in the elevator area took 2 days to be removed, after checking in we arrived in our room and the trash from previous people was sitting in front of our room. I had to call the reception to get it removed multiple hours after check-in. Finally we spent almost an hour waiting for our suitcases to be taken by the bell man when we arrived as we were early and check-in was not yet available. At some point the receptionist came to help thankfully! The worst part was in the evening at check-in time when they were trying to sell me a 90 tour of the property to get $150 gift card. I had to refuse multiple times and still the guy at the concierge service insisted and even said I was closed minded to refuse such an offer as he didn't understand that wasting 90 minutes of my family time was not worth $150!! Unacceptable for an hotel of this standing!
