The floor and the bathroom counter weren’t cleaned before our arrival but everything else seemed fine. Hallway smells like smoke. Close access to Fremont street.

The casino itself is pretty good in terms of range of games, but the rooms leave something to be desired. My room had a straight ear plug on the ground when I walked in and the rug could’ve used another round of vacuuming or two. One of my blinds also had a mysterious stain on it. Even with that being said, not exactly a dealbreaker. The $5 blackjack is nice and the dealers are sensational and and have always made me feel extremely welcome. I just wish the rooms were a bit cleaner.

We didn’t receive any vip benefits as stated in the reservation! Pet fee of $75 was not indicated in the reservation until checkout! Expedia should have obtained this information on its website for customers to decide before booking. Disappointed Also, many of the restaurants in the hotel were closed at night!

Nice property with helpful staff in a great location. My main beef was that the floors were extremely creaky. There were loose floorboards everywhere despite it being a fairly new hotel. Super annoying to constantly hear the guests above us all night. And it seemed to be throughout the tower... noticed it in the hallways too.

Love that it’s away from busy Fremont but walking distance to it. The hotel is very clean. Just an issue with sink drain but staff are quick to respond and make fixes.
