Room was disgusting. Tub had chipped rusted porcelain and sink dripped. No mini fridge or microwave? For the cost that’s crazy to me. The tv remote was also missing a button lol.Fremont street was cool and staff were all nice though. I’ll go to the strip next time though.

There REALLY should be more than ONE restroom in a casino this size. And would be great the players club card actually worked in more than a handful of games. Overall, hotel was comfortable but more late night dining options should be available.

Nice hotel! I was disappointed there was no refrigerator in the room. The room was not renovated. ( kind of a “dated” room) This hotel is not quiet because it is a busy place. But it's much better to walk under the 115F on the strip. An event occurred on Friday and Saturday at the next property. The noise shook the building until 1 AM. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but people do not prefer the noise. Please remark.

Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is old school, in a good way. We got a nice upgrade at check in, without asking just because the check in clerk was being nice. Room was massive, cleanliness was ok in the room but couple of bits missed, I’m going to assume the black latex segment I found on the floor was a former balloon. Found a used drinks container in the bar area from a previous occupant, yes the room had a bar in it! Cool room. Would stay again without hesitation. Jets in the bath didn’t work either but as we didn’t expect to even have a bath not a big negative.

We had an issue at the pool. Someone stole my daughter’s shoes from the chairs at the pool. Security said they couldn’t do anything to just file a claim and someone will reach out within 24-48 hours. It is now a week later and no one has reached out. We have called and left several messages and still no response! I had 2 rooms, one at gold tower and other at Carson tower. Cleaning service was not provided for the Gold tower room but did get done for the Carson tower room. I was told I had to request for rooms to be cleaned however I didn’t request for any of them and still got room cleaned for at least one. Not sure why I have to request for one and not the other! They should’ve both been cleaned and replenished! I was not happy with this stay at all!!

I didn’t like the fact the pool closes at 7 I came to the golden nugget to go down to slide with the fishes and shark for my 30th birthday and that didn’t happen they keep telling us different times it would open up and didn’t end up opening till noon the pool was so dirty that it was foggy af and salty af made my eyes burn everything over priced for nothing all the food in the golden nugget was disgusting all the restaurants closed early af oh and it was two cockroach in the pool 🙄
