Well they give drinks but you want get top star drinks if you’re not a platinum member. The servers are slow as hell luck if they come by once a hour. You pay to park. Casino no one was hitting anything. Definitely not one I’m staying at again. Vegas has just gotten out of hand

We used the automated check-in. Was assigned a room on a higher floor which was nice. However by the time we got to the room, the door was slightly ajar and the room was used by someone else. Went downstairs to alert the clerk. He never apologized on behalf of Harrahs and we ended on a lower floor with a average subpar room. We were charged way too much for 2 nights.

I checked in via kiosk and selected a late check out which I had to pay for in advance. I called the “front desk” twice (which was basically someone working from home and accidentally answered for another hotel) to confirm my late check out -which they did. We left our bags in the room and proceeded to walk the strip. When we got back to our room (before the scheduled check out time) I was greeted with a letter on my door which stated that my keys were changed. I went to the front desk to complain and they said “they changed it due to a new system” (despite my room being the only one that had its locks changed) and was then told that I should have checked out already to which I clarified with at I paid for a late check out. Of course, they didn’t see a late check out on file but was granted an extra hour as a courtesy. I went back to my to grab my bags to which I was greeted by security and house cleaning asking me to leave (still within my original checkout time slot). I proceeded to the valet, where I had to wait another 20 mins to get my car and catch my flight. This was after losing a couple thousand at the poker tables. The least they could do is let me leave in dignity. Stay away from this hotel and casino. I only stayed here because the Harrah’s at Atlantic City was very pleasant. The one Vegas, not so much. It was convenient as a friend of mine was staying at their Venetian location which was “walking” distance. However, I’m not sure if I’ll be going back to them.

They are switching over to a new room key system and each day we had to get new keys programmed, it was very frustrating. The girl at the front desk (Jenn, Jenna, Jenny) I’m sure was frustrated as well but she was pleasant enough for having to deal with this issue,They seemed to be located in the center of everywhere we wanted to go and getting an Uber was convenient for getting us to Fremont street. Overall it was a good vacation experience and I would recommend staying there
