I feel scammed rn. Booked this place bc the reviews were great and we have an electric car so their “reserved electric car chargers” were a big plus for us. We also wanted somewhere with a hot tub. We get there and hot tub is broken. We get into the room and there’s a high pitch beeping right by the head of the bed from an unknown source. (Trust me I almost tore the room apart looking for where it was coming from) Kept us up all night. The thermostat was broken so it was hot af in the room. The shower had long black hairs everywhere. Breakfast was mid. Oh and turns out they do not reserve the parking spots for electric cars and just anyone can park there even if they do not have an electric car. We could not charge our car overnight because they said there was nothing they could do about people taking up the charging spots without charging. Front desk seemed annoyed when I asked about getting someone to move their car so we could plug in. So I’d say “reserved electric car parking” is a reach at best. They should at least mention these things on their website. So annoying

Nice stay in Vegas
Nice hotel in Vegas. Off the strip so away from the noise and crowds. Hotel was clean. Room was decent size and clean. The breakfast was your basic continental breakfast but it was good.

We stayed for 5 days and absolutely enjoyed how close it was to everything while not being on the strip. It was close to the airport and 7ish minutes from the strip. There’s also free breakfast which was nice. The surrounding area may appear sketchy but the doors lock after a certain period and you need card access to enter. Desk staff were very nice. The room was clean and updated. I will stay here again.
