We love staying at this property when we come to the Vegas area. It is safe, convenient, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is outstanding. The breakfast is tasty with a variety, it is well maintained and the people are so friendly who run it. There is aways coffee, hot chocolate, etc in the lobby and fresh apples or oranges at the front desk. The pool area is great and they have a wonderful hot tub. Hotel prices have gone up so much in recent years but we can usually find an affordable rate here. We will be back.

Very Pleasant Stay
Second stay at this hotel and it was as pleasant as the first. We love that it is in a convenient location, near restaurants, shopping, freeways, gas stations and a hospital. We also like the friendly staff, cleanliness and comfort of this Home 2 Suites. My husband and I will continue to stay there whenever we visit our son, daughter-in-law and grandbaby.

It was great. I stayed with my 14 year old son. He loved the pool and jacuzzi. I loved the cleanliness, space and breakfast. The staff was also extremely helpful. I will stay their again.

The area is clean and felt safe. The room and lobby were new and clean. The breakfast was amazing! Our only concern was that it said soundproof, but at 2 am we heard the people above us “dancing” all over the room so clearly not soundproof.

Customer service needs major improvement!
Extremely unruly loud housekeeping staff. I've stayed here on work trips the past couple months. Despite speaking with management, they refuse to address the issue with the housekeeping staff SCREAMING down the halls during their cleans waking me up (I work nights at the hospital). It is unprofessional and entirely unnecessary to be so loud when cleaning rooms. I was given an excuse that the "staff just doesn't listen" as if that is sufficient reasoning. I will be speaking to Hilton corporate and will be staying elsewhere if changes are not made.
