Viera’s one-bedroom Unit# 135 features a living room with a terrace and mountain views. The unit also has a king bed, sofa sleeper, two flat-screen TV’s with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, dishwasher, microwave, a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee and free WiFi.
The Viera Condotel offers a lobby lined with wall to wall Italian marble, an elevator, a terrace with extraordinary grounds and views. We use sanitizing wipes, change out our linen and pillow cases for freshly clean ones, use bleach to ensure we get really clean and other forms of sprays. We also use clean towels to clean once per room. Housekeeping uses gloves and has for a long time before this to ensure she wouldn't spread anything way before the Corona.

As advertised.
My only complaint is the unit could use a manual to explain some of the systems like the ac/heat. I never did figure out why the the thermostat would chandler the settings by itself a couple of hours after I set it. It led to some cold nights when I had to reset it when I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and the unit was on the cold side. In the daytime it was easier to keep up with because you are awake and can reset every few hours.For me it was a little bit of a treasure hunt finding the unit and the best way to get to if from the parking garage.i don’t live in a multi unit building so maybe I’m just not up to speed on typical arrangements.Overall everything was fine.

Scott’s Vegas Oasis
We were visiting family in Henderson, we booked this amazing VRBO solely on the basis that it was in Henderson. We had no idea that Lake Las Vegas was a hidden gem between Vegas and Henderson nestled at the base of the mountains. Access from Las Vegas Airport via Lake Mead Parkway was approx 30 minutes. Apartment was clean, good linens and towels. There is a nice local market only 4 minute walk from apartment, fresh fruit/veggies, deli,beer/wine and liquors.. Scott’s response to inquiries and communication is amazingly quick. We are VRBO operators as well , so at times we tend to be hypercritical…. Scott definitely passed our test!! Thanks Scott!!! Peaceful Desert Oasis
Enjoyed the truly peaceful and beautiful Lake Las Vegas resort atmosphere. Also appreciated that the world famous Las Vegas Strip was only 30 minutes away when we were ready for a great night out. The unit is perfect for a couple or a single traveler. Clean and comfortable with everything one might need. Full kitchen works great if you want to make your own meals. Lovely pool area. Walk to the Village in a few minutes and enjoy restaurants, shops and a grocery. Boats and paddle boards available to rent at the lake. Check-in was simple with complete instructions well communicated by Scott, the perfect host. Thank you, Scott! Would definitely recommend this property.

Where the property waa located was beautiful. So glad that you had to have codes to get in and a tag for parking garage, so you felt safe. We loved that there was a full kitchen and a king size bed. We cooked everyday we were there. It is just about a 25-30 minute drive to Las Vegas, which was great. We would definitely stay here again, it was Awesome!

Perfect setting. 20 minutes from the excitement and noise. The condo is well appointed, a little dated but immaculate. The grounds are like Disneyland. The attached village is enchanting you can also hop in the care and hike red rocks. The owner was kind and responsive. Answering texts wishing 10 minutes. The most accommodating owner we have met!! Beautiful property. Finding the condo when we got there was a bit challenging. They really need someone at the front desk. Once we got it all figured out it was a nice place to stay away from the strip. Quiet and nice little village in the resort.

The condo was perfect for a couple, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We bought coffee and breakfast items so that we didn't have to go out in the morning if we didn't want to. The best part was the location, Lake Las Vegas is a beautiful relaxing area. The condo was a bit outdated but still comfortable and affordable. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. I would stay here again.

The condo was in a location perfect for the purpose of our trip. Easy freeway access and close to any necessities. The place was super clean and the bed, nice and comfy for a good nights sleep.
