Hotel was not listed as advertised. My first time going to Vegas and I needed a hotel near Westgate Resorts for the event I was going to. The pictures of the rooms displayed is not what I arrived to. Also there was stains and a foul smell in the hallway leading to my room. The area around the hotel was very unsafe and I couldn’t change hotels because everything was booked! Lastly the staff was not professional and it seemed to be more of a hobby rather than an actual job. I asked for a smoking room thinking there would be a balcony, but all I got was an ashtray in the bathroom, which I guess they thought I was supposed to smoke. My bed sheet were never changed, only made up. The coffee maker was never cleaned(I did it myself) and the sugar and coffee packets was never replenished. Finally, when I checked out the front clerk never asked me about my stay or experience at the hotel. And to add the patrons who were staying there were using the place as a weekly rent to stay and the noises and foul language went on thru ought the late hours of the night! The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had!

Es un lugar super exelente el ambiente chévere la musica las meseras todo me gustó tanto si no fuera por las recepcionistas del hotel que tratan tan mal pero tan mal a los huéspedes son tan mal educadas groseras abusivas pienso que el dueño debería poner atención a esto para que su lugar tenga un 1000% recomendable
