Clean property with extremely pleasant staff. Considering the casino is smoking, you really couldn’t smell it unless you went directly into that area. Our room was amazing. Clean, large with a nice view of the mountains. This hotel is half way on our drive to Salt Lake City and we will definitely stay again.

Amazingly friendly and immaculate
This place was above and beyond all expectations for the room rate paid. I know its an event center and resort but the room rate at the time was somewhere about what you'd expect to pay for a shady no-tell motel. But the ambiance, staff and experience was like staying vip style at the Waldorf Astoria. The room was amazing and the service was even better. Will stay here again gladly

This property is not near the strip and that was fine we did not come to party. It is still under construction. The inside lobby was really pretty. The room lighting was horrible, the remote control to the bathroom mirrors and other items didn’t work. Our room received a black out the lights started flickering on and off and then it just went black and it was just our room not the entire hotel took about 20 min to fix this was about 9pm. Room service was always friendly but the front desk staff made it seem like they were bothered when we called. The lady who checked us in gave the worse service. No wifi information, no explaining of how to get to the elevator didnt give us our room number just handed us the key. We heard the other staff member giving her guest very detailed information about the food and what times they closed and we didn’t get any of that. Her customer service started our visit off bad.

My husband and I weren’t expecting much, but the M resort was great! Our check-in was smooth, and the resort was nicely decorated, large, and clean. We had a beautiful view from our room, and we liked that it wasn’t as crowded and overwhelming as the hotels on the Strip. We are planning to stay again for our next trip to Vegas!
