Bad Experience

First night stay was terrible, loud noises coming from next door. The next day, when I asked the hotel front desk clerk if she could move me to the tower (suite), I was told no. I needed to be closer to the Uber pick-up/drop -off area because I was having trouble walking (sudden medical condition). Hotel management did not seem interested in helping but instead, moved me to another room inside their studio tower. Overall it worked out but the front desk service was subpar. I would not stay here again. Too long of a walk from Uber to the studio tower with a bad leg.

Makes Luxor Look Like a 5 Star Hotel

Absolutely the worst Vegas hotel I’ve stayed at. Paid for a room upgrade and was put in a room that was basically underground, with 5 green spotlights shining into my windows. Horribly uncomfortable bed and pillows. Outdated room that also smelled of mold.

We booked the Grand King Strip View. The property itself was clean. The room, however, left us slightly underimpressed. The blinds were difficult to operate, the shower constantly filled with water and wouldn't drain properly, there was constant noise coming from renovations to a part of the hotel, the pool was closed for remodel and the room itself was fairly outdated. It wasn't a bad stay by any means, since most of the time we spent on the Strip, but we were definitely expecting a nicer room. The staff was fairly helpful and we were able to check in early which was great after a long flight. 6/10
