Dirty. The toilet in the hotel room was not clean, had a foul smell and was not usable. Only until after I asked the house keeper to clean it, was then we were able to use it. The towels were not fresh and the bedsheets also needed to be changed. I am hoping MGM reads the review to ensure that all rooms are clean and ready for new guests. I would not recommend MGM due to the dirty conditions of the hotel room and hotel room bathrooms.

Location okay. Easy to walk or get buses along the strip and close to airport. Hotel room very noisy. Unfortunately the walls and doors must be paper thin and can hear eveyrthing neighbouring rooms are saying.

They were short staffed always. No room when I checked in. They sent me to another hotel luxor which was very poorly managed too. Very unmanaged and short staffed. How can you not have a room available for a confirmed booking? They made me stay in the checkin que for 2 hours after traveling 6 hours flight. And then sent me to another hotel for a night where I had to attend the conference at 6.45 am in the morning in mgm grand conference center.
