It was a nice Facility but,we had a problem with our shower that did not give us warm water during peak hours of showering,I believe they know this as they were quick to give us resort credit .They should not use rooms that have this problem,it’s not right!

Found the hotel not courtesy at all. Didn’t even have coffee in the room to start your day. No explanation of resort fees, we were supposed to receive a $100 for food, that never happened!

The room was $35 - a fantastic bargain right?? Except for the $50 resort fee and the $20 parking fee (nope, NOT included in the resort fee), and then you get to pay tax on top of those fees, so my $35 room cost about $112.

I was very disappointed at how the bar fridge worked. The fact that if you touch anything you get charged, that’s ridiculous not to mention the prices first of all to me. It’s like a scam. Of course people are going to touch it and look at it or pick it up. Also, the $50 a day plus tax resort fee what is that for? That was an extra almost $300 I wasn’t prepared to pay.

We loved the pool and room! Our only complaint is we had trouble finding a parking spot one night because the Ace's game spectators were allowed to park in the garage. There should be a designated place fo guests only.
