I didn’t give the property 5 stars because we were woken up by what sounded like drilling. We were on the 7th floor and we couldn’t figure out where the noise was coming from. Aside from that we loved our stay.

We had a blast!! Superb hotel and staff was friendly and helpful. The woman who checked us in was EXTRAORDINARY!! Two things to tighten up we were told complimentary breakfast was included that seems to be an Expedia issue not Mandalay and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub open but will be back to experience the ones closed for the season. Mandalay should consider making/offering a no smoking floor. Otherwise fantastic experience and time!!

We had the worst check in experience with the worst customer service. The woman who checked us in was not friendly, got irritated with us when we requested a connecting room for our 2 room bookings and was annoyed when we asked if we could receive room keys and wait to enter the rooms until we received a text stating the rooms were cleaned to avoid waiting in the 30 minute line to check in since our rooms weren’t ready. She went into the back and then came back out and spoke to one of her coworkers, pointed at us and was visibly annoyed. She came back, slammed the room keys down in front of us, asked me if we were satisfied and when i said thank you, she walked away without acknowledging my thank you. We entered the room and it wasn’t ready. Overall a really awful customer service experience.

Room wasn’t cleaned the entire time. The wall plate fell off under tv almost broke my foot. Every time I tried to call i was disconnected. A lady dropped her suitcase on the escalator and almost took me out. Had my husband not yelled it would have been really bad, instead I have a spang wrist from trying to keep bag from knocking me down.

We were attending bowl game at Raiders Stadium so great location for this. Overall good stay. Wait at restaurants often long. Do not enjoy the mini bar situation and $60 charge to store anything in fridge. We were able to check in early and check out was easy at a kiosk. Definitely a long walk to rest of strip but also used the tram. Overall good stay. Would probably choose again if similar need to be close to stadium but otherwise would probably stay more central of strip.
