Good location. Great entertainment at piano duelling bar although you pay $20 entry fee as you do to use roller coaster. No tea coffee or fridge in room / take care when booking on options and costs. Easy Avis parking and collection. Easy check in. No response to emails submitted before stay. No personal touch.

We were very comfortable in hotel. Getting to entrance was a little confusing with heavy traffic congestion. Once in, we had everything we needed so didn't leave. Short stay so it was perfect.

Great clean room! The be was super comfy. The staff at the desk were amazing and got us checked in quickly and even upgraded us. The only downfall is the heavy smoking in the casino but it was still a good time! Appreciated the Starbucks and food options on site. The pool and roller coaster looked amazing but i didn’t get a chance to use it.

There was a lady that finished checking the gentleman in before me and she appeared to do everything possible to avoid checking me in. She forced me to wait on the next available specialist and as soon as I walked to them she took the person behind me. If was obvious that she didn't want to service me. Even the people behind me noticed it. The rest of my stay went well and everyone else was really nice and kind. She was a short older lady working the front desk around noon on 9/20/24
