**Horrible Experience – Avoid StripView Suites at All Costs** My stay at StripView Suites at Palms Place was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the room in an utterly unacceptable condition. It was filthy, completely unprepared for guests, and not even close to the standard one would expect from a place like this. The situation was so bad that I had to change my infant daughter's diaper in the car because the room was unhygienic. We spent hours waiting for the hotel to provide a new room, which completely ruined an entire day of our Las Vegas trip. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since we had a young child with us. What made it even worse was the complete lack of care from the management. They finally gave us a new room, but by then the damage was done – we had already lost precious time on our vacation. To make matters worse, when I contacted them, they refused to provide any compensation or partial refund, despite the ordeal we went through. They stuck to their non-refundable policy, showing zero flexibility or understanding of how this experience affected us. It’s clear they don’t care about customer service or basic decency when it comes to handling legitimate complaints. I have provided multiple photos to document the conditions, and I am appalled at how they handled the situation. This place is a disgrace, and I would against staying here

I’ve been going to Palms Place for years. It was always affordable and quite outstanding value for your money. Now it’s just affordable. That’s why the rating I give is “average”. Something has changed. Maybe new ownership? Maybe business is slow? Either way corners are obviously being cut and that to me is always the beginning of the end.

We felt it was very quiet. Communication at times difficult regarding housekeeping, towels, privacy the light was broken or disabled for requesting maid services. Why does it matter about use of credit card payment deposit vs total charge in another card. Marble floors in bathrooms dangerous when wet from tub or shower, no utensils, plates or even paper plates for reheating food.

A couple of problems. I checked in everything was fine. But our room smelt like dog pee so I went to the front desk and told them and was told that they couldn’t change the room at first went back upstairs, then came back down talk to someone else and they were able to change the room the next room we had hot water came out, looking like milk, and when I told them they offered to move me to another room, but then told me the other room after talking to engineering would have the same problem Nise issue is they didn’t give us anything for this inconvenience other than the $42 off of the property resort fee. Which I think isn’t anything of real value. It was a horrible stay and I wouldn’t really recommend unless you just want a great view and maybe a balcony…that’s if they even allow you to have that. They have all the balcony doors locked and will not unlock them.

Everything was wonderful palms place west side 10 mile walk to our room caution get a valet regret not getting a parking I got to witness loads of elderly not giving up so sad spending all their social security i wish there was a restrictions on this matter Palms place is Grade level B+ thank you for your hospitality Quality time with my boo was amazing 👏

I did like Daniel helped us check in early due to flight changes but due to using this app we got a room that could have definitely used TLC ( I was told depending who I booked through would depend on my quality of room) lesson learned . we had to ask 2 days in a row for towels, I ended up cleaning the room it just was gone over very quickly dirty counter tops,no bags in garbage cans the little things add up when you stay for 6 days it’s a lot of money and at check out the lady was less then kind even trying to have a general cont with her . I have to come back to Vegas in 6 months for another week not sure if consider here again 😏

This is a ok place if you want a studio or condo experience with some hotel amenities. If you want easy Access just stay at the Actual Palms Casino. The staff is ok, but were a tad unfriendly. for the price it was nice especially having a mini kitchen.
