Stayed the night at Silver Seven after arriving on an International flight and no shuttle back to Laughlin at the time. This hotel had free shuttle pickup at airport which was super convenient. And the shuttle to Laughlin picked up at the hotel. Making it all very easy and convenient.

Upon entering to check in - there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Not sure what the extra fee was for sine there only seemed to be only a pool to use. Room was ok, but had no safe or fridge. Staff were courteous.

The room was pretty clean. You can hear everything people are doing and saying in the next room. As for the property, not so good. The floors are nasty. The hotel is pretty rundown.

All the carpets were obviously very dirty. Stains everywhere. Walls not cleaned. Elevator was scary (made lots of noise and doors jerked around). Some staff were cold and rude. Very little to walk to, only some food. Musty rooms and quite literally stained and/or dirty sheets….

The smell from the hallway on floor 5 was horrible. The noise from the planes taking off was extremely loud. If you know that there are planes taking off right over your hotel you would think there would be noise cancelling windows. The gambling was not fun at all. There were no tables with dealers and people playing that you can talk to and enjoy yourself. There were only virtual tables that make you stare into a screen with zero interaction. I can play that on my phone. When I go to vegas I go to have fun and interact with people, not stare into a screen. I must not be the only one thinking this because the tables were empty. All of the other casinos with real tables were full and they were making lots of money

Property is close to strip however it was dirty in the hallways. Check in people were rude. Nowhere on the website does it say the pool isn’t in service they actually advertise a beautiful running pool. Pool not in service until March 1st. We had to pay money at a different hotel to use a pool. Best part was the shuttle bus driver from NJ, best customer service.
