We were charged $30 for early check in which was fine but our room had a kitchen leak held by gray tape and an unusable stove that maintenance never fixed for our four day stay. Parking was $10/ night and the kitchen pots/appliances were told to me not out yet. Front desk was very hit and miss plus they nickle and dime everything! Proximity to our venue was the only plus. We usually like Sonesta but this property needs a major uplift inside.

Nice little suite.

Really liked the accommodations. It was nice having a separate room from my kid. The suite was clean and well organized. It was quiet and a nice change from being on the Las Vegas strip.

Worse than I was expecting

Wear sandals because the room carpets haven’t been steam cleaned maybe ever. No usb ports, cheap bed sheets, and a joke of a fitness room. Broken and old cardio machines, no pins for the cable machine, 3 sets of weights and a very dirty carpet.

Front desk was a hit or miss, after reviewing my check in experience and still in the property I got a call from the front desk without any notice at 8:45pm asking WHY I didn’t give a higher rating to my room, so I had to explain that the room maintenance and kept was not the same as shown on pictures. Then at my check out there was a guy, early morning person with no manners, no greeting, and brushed me off when I requested my check out bill, he didn’t care at all about my request. He didn’t want to do it and said it would be emailed to me, I was the only person checking out but he wasn't willing to do an early morning billing check out. Overall, this property is a well located hotel but pricing is only for the location not the quality or conditions of the room. The price was very similar to a strip stay but you save on the daily resort fees, no resort fees but be ware of dated and poor maintenance.

Terrible Experience

It was not amazing. Couldn't call front desk. Noisy guests, barking dogs. Hair in the bathtub and not so white bedsheets. Never staying there again. Had to file a formal complaint.

I asked to check out at 11:30 rather than 11, it was a $50 charge. There's construction going on next door and it's extremely loud. The hotel isn't really close to anything and they don't offer any transportation options. Those are the only things that bothered me though. It was very clean, if a little old, the staff were friendly, it's also not terribly far from stuff so lyfting was pretty easy. For the price, I think it's a good place to stay.

Staff was super friendly, and happy to facilitate early check-in. Not much to do around the hotel, but only 5-10 minute Uber ride to anywhere on the strip. Clean and affordable alternative to staying on the strip.
