Great off strip hotel
Great hotel off the strip bit close enough to enjoy it. Perfect location if you’re going to a show at the Sphere. Clean, spacious bed was comfortable

Overall the room was very nice . The entry of the room the flood was not so clean. Reason why am giving a low score. There were cockroaches . So that was a disappointment made us not use the room as much . Only came back to sleep..have nice holiday. Thank you

Having everything that you need at one room was excellent but I don't like about was disgusting smell of either air freshener on the hallway or they clean up the hallway carpet with some kind of smelly cleaners

Comfy, quiet and clean
Didn't spend too much time in the room but it was comfortable and clean. I was able to get sleep at night it was so quiet around. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

This location doesn’t match any other Sonesta I’ve stayed at. This one gave me more of a motel vibe than anything. Everything was outdated, outlets didn’t work, you get charged to park on top of paying a ridiculous amount of money to stay in an outdated place. There’s a terrible smell in the hall ways and lobby, halls, rooms dirty. Furniture in Rm337 is badly stained. I was satisfied at all! Most Sonestas I’ve stayed at were clean and well maintained. Not this one!

The location is convenient but the property was disgusting. Our room smelled like smoke, there were dirty socks under the desk and cockroaches in the bathroom. There was also loud music in several rooms on our floor and the room above us. Would never recommend this to anyone.

The check in staff was kind but unfortunately my room was dirty. The previous guest's trash was still there and full under the sink. They left makeup behind, a couple towels had stains on them, there was hair on the shower walls. Also the parking lot has a lot lot of trash and empty beer bottles laying around.
