I checked in about 8:00 at night as I was picking up my husband at the airport at almost 11:00. I get a text at 10:58 to advise that the water at the hotel will be turned off at 12:00 until 5:00 in the morning. Restaurants did not stay open. We could not use the bathroom in our room. We could not brush our teeth. We could not take a shower. We could not use the toilet. I want a full refund as not having water is unacceptable! Hotel would not give me refund as they said it was booked with a third party. I would never stay at Treasure Island in Las Vegas ever again. I can’t understand why I was not told at check in.

The property is like going back to the 80s. Everything is dated and old. Dark and worn. Compared to the venetian across the street TI is very limited. No 24hr restaurants, very few table games, very few customers. Its on a downward spiral.

Extremely long line to check in at this hotel. I attempted to use the self check in machines but they would not allow me to check in without going to the front desk. I had also requested a room with a king sized bed and was given a room with two queen sized beds. Additionally my hotel room had a handicapped shower which I did not request and it was not ideal for me to use as a taller individual. This was my first time staying here and I cant say I was overly impressed by this hotel.

Many great places to eat right on the property. Rooms were nice, thermostats showed the age though. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
