I gave the e-mail below to the front staff and asked the manager to deliver it Subject: Concern Regarding Room Cleaning Service Dear Manager I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the cleaning service during my family’s recent stay at your hotel. We had requested our room to be cleaned in the morning, expecting it to be ready by the time we returned from our day of sightseeing. Unfortunately, on multiple occasions, we found that the cleaning had not been done when we returned in the afternoon. Even after reminding the staff, the cleaning was not completed by evening. The most inconvenient instance occurred yesterday, when the cleaning was carried out close to 9 p.m., which left my family tired and waiting instead of being able to rest as planned. This situation has significantly affected the comfort and relaxation we had hoped for during our stay. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we would greatly appreciate it if you could address this matter to ensure better service for both us and future guests. The room is roomy nice and clean. The price is reasonable for 1 bedroom suite. The location is great, it's next to Bellagio. It's a close walking distance to Ceasar, Wynn hotel, and Venetian. It's very convenient. Only one thing I am not happy was the hotel lobby and in the hotel, NO CHRISTMAS DECORATION anywhere for a big holiday season. I love to stay at a big hotel that has beautiful Christmas decorations. That's part of our favorite to go to Las Vegas during Christmas time. We stayed at Bellagio in the last 2 years and tried Cosmopolitan this year...not very happy..but it's a very nice place to stay. I would recommende it.
