Hotel was old. Heavy cigarette smell in lobby area and there was no “non-smoking” section of the casino. Room had no coffee maker, refrigerator or microwave. Area was not that good. On the plus side, restaurants were good.

Front desk staff was not the friendliest. Plus I asked to pay for a mini fridge and got to the room and there wasn’t one. So I called the front desk and must have gotten the same rep because she seemed pissed to be there. She said one would be to our room in half an hour. 2 hours later I called the front desk again and got a gentleman who apologized and had it to my room within 10 min.
