One of the nicest hotels on the strip. Big, beautiful rooms with comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent shopping and dining options. Beautiful pool. Perfect location for The Sphere and attractions at that end of the strip, although not as convenient to activities at other end.

Wow. This property didnt disappoint from the start we arrived around 10am and was given early check in for free (normally $100)without even trying the $20 trick. Then was upgraded to a room with a view of the strip. Given a nice little voucher for 2 x drinks each on top of the room credit we already had then given late check out again for nothing. This was by far the best front of house service we have had in vegas and we have stayed at a lot of properties. The room was just as lovely as pictured as the rooms are suites as standard. My only dissapointment is that most of the pools are in shade all morning, i am an early morning pool goer not afternoon and this was a tad chilly for me. Overall great stay

You Don't Always Get What You Want or Paid For!
I've not really been this pressured this much before on upgrading the room. Make sure you get it in writing, or it won't happen. They asked if we wanted to upgrade our room for $200. I asked about the parking and she said for me to give her my ticket and it would be taken care of. So I asked again if that was the total for 2 nights and was confirmed that it was. I said sure, why not. Only to find out later that I really didn't get upgrade and that I had already paid for an upgraded room. I paid in advance for the original booking, so the balance should have been around $200 at checkout. Well, it wasn't. The check out total was $800. Not $200 as quote. It was $400 for the upgrade, $138 more for resort fees and $54 for parking which was supposed to be "taken care of" and taxes. I paid $1,600 up front and then around $800 more for an upgrade I'd already paid for and didn't need to. You got me and wouldn't do anything after the fact.
