Sidewalks around the area were filthy across the road. Poor room I was in last Friday has trash no vacuumed up for days. One of my nights I was kept up all night and was given a $25 food/drink tower voucher and not a room at no cost to make up for the loss of sleep. I didn't care of the select side I was given for the older style my Friday through Sunday room stays were the newer side the AC worked better and has coffee , I had a stripped down room from Sunday to Thursday ,no coffee machine. I spent quite a bit of money and wasnt given the best amenities for my money.

We checked in super late and they were doing audit so we had to wait 2 hours to check in. The manager on duty was very kind to explain but it was the online customer service that advised us incorrectly on check in.

We booked our stay through Expedia at a final price, but during checkout, we were unexpectedly charged a daily resort fee that we were never informed about. This fee should have been disclosed upfront or included in the initial booking cost. Transparency in pricing is essential, and this unexpected charge left us feeling disappointed.
