The property is just off the Strip and has no casino, so is quiet. It is connected to the MGM Grand, which high increases dining and entertainment options. We received a free upgrade to a larger suite with balcony that faced the Strip. Very nice rooms. Key is required for the elevator and only allows access to the floor your suite is on, so very secure.

Overpriced drinks and food
Arrived early and was permitted to use pool area until room was ready. On arriving at the pool area our bags were checked to ensure that we did not have food or drinks purchased elsewhere. Drinks , food and general items extremely expensive compared to outside and in fact other hotels in the area. The room was large and comfortable however the hotel was a not very close to the strip particularly in the hot weather.

For us, this is the way to stay in Las Vegas and avoid the noise and rowdiness in the casino. Very nice facilities at The Signature, beds, all of it were luxurious and definitely quiet. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

I couldn’t understand how once I got there I still had to pay a $42 per night Resort Fee and a $5.62 per night Resort Fee Tax. If I had known that I would not had stayed there. I booked the entire package through Expedia & I thought I had paid for everything. The Signature is not worth all those fees based on its location. I will not stay there again.

I just found that because we were in tower one and we were on the pool side that the noise from the Soundsystem of the pool was a little much. The shower in the room was pathetic, the water was barely coming out of the showerhead. My wife wasn’t crazy about the cleanliness of the jetted tub. Everything else was just fine.
