Beware of Misrepresentation
The rental area was one bedroom (not two as described, as they stated the 2nd bedroom would be an additional 40 per night once we arrived) plus a shared working area/den upstairs with a full bathroom. The downstairs main living area was shared with the hosts - and although they advised we could store food or supplies in a couple of kitchen cupboards, a shelf in their fridge, a shelf in their cooler room, and use one table of the 3 in a dining room area, the whole main living level was 'shared' with them.The next day, we realized that the home owner hosts run a cooking class business from the home, as well as owned two dogs (one a several week old puppy). The first 2 nights we could barely sleep at all with allergic reactions, the 2nd morning there were 4 or 5 early doorbell rings (& it's a multiple chiming sound throughout the home), the dog(s) barking loudly each time as well, I was interrupted on 2 phone calls I was on for business upstairs, and my fiance was awoken from trying to get 'some' hours of sleep in. After waking, we then had no kitchen to make breakfast due to the cooking class being held there. We advised we would be leaving at week's end & requested 16 of our 32 nights refunded (paying for 16 but only there for 6 - a compromise that we felt was fair), but they flatly refused & have been quite rude about it.This is NOT the whole home as described & ABSOLUTELY 'no' peace or 2 bdrms and 3250 ft2 of use (nor a kitchen or anything other than a bdrm & bathroom).
