The initial room temp was a chilly 65 degrees. I thought no problem... I'll just turn the temp to a comfortable 72 degrees. Unfortunately, heating system was broken and I was unable to heat the room. Called the front desk and the Maintenance Man was dispatched to my room. He worked on the heater and informed me it was beyond repair. The Hotel Manager switched my Wife and I to another room. The new room had drain problems. The shower and sink would NOT drain properly. We were unable to shower or wash up. The Hotel Manager offered us temporary access to yet another room to shower and wash. I declined and requested a FULL refund. The Manager only agreed to waive the "resort fee". This was unacceptable. In short, the Virgin Hotel is rather new but it still has the old Hard Rock hotel infrastructure, plumbing, and mechanical faults. Terrible experience :-(

Staff was nice, casino staff was really nice, however I was disappointed as I wanted to participate and planned on participating in the wellness class as it was included in my fee and they wanted to charge for it. We also were told no pool inside and the accessibility or knowledge about spa area was not helpful. Also the additional charges to room after reservation was made was not impressive. Rather pay everything upfront.

Best bed in town!

The room was very nice. The bed was amazing best so far! The only thing that was an inconvenience was that there is two valet parking areas. I parked in one area and had to go to the other and that was a lot for me to walk.
