Did it's job!

A few of us stayed here as we had an event at the convention center and this was the closest hotel. We were unsure of what to expect but despite it being a older venue (it definitely needs an upgrade) the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the restaurants on site were delicious, it's dog friendly and most importantly the staff is PHENOMENAL. Bambi who checked us in really took the time to have a conversation and laugh with us which was nice after a 5 hour drive in. Are there better venues, it's vegas so ABSOLUTELY- but for what we needed in convenience and location this was perfect. I will note that if you are in the North Tower the elevators are HORRIBLE- this would be my only complaint.

The service was not good at all. There was no microwave, no tea or coffee maker. There was not even a bottle of water in the room. There are no chairs in the main entrance; not enough chairs nor benches in the checking area. There were not enough guest service personel to check in the arriving guests; people to wait in a long line before checking in.
