Not having coffee available in my room was unacceptable. To have to get dressed, go down 10 stories, walk down 2 long hallways, then stand in a line, just to get my first cup of coffee was a total hassle. I found the staff to be unfriendly and uninformative. There was no information in the room as to what amenities the hotel offered. Our room had no soap to wash your hands and the lighted makeup mirror was broken. Visually the hotel is beautiful and looks impressive.

I only stay here for Barry Manilow. The room I had was minimal. No amenities. Hot water took forever. Air conditioner sounded like a bull dozer.

Overall had a wonderful stay at the westgate. Check in and out was super quick and easy. The only thing to note was the bathroom didnt appear to be cleaned extremely well, but not something worth telling housekeeping to deal with as it was livable. Overall I loved the area, location, the parking was great, and I would stay again.

This is an older property in need of maintenance and remodeling. The bathtub tap was constantly running in our room. The maintenance person said they couldn’t fix it without turning off all of the hotel’s water. It was wasting a lot of water in a desert! The restaurant Sid’s was the only one with good food and a fair price. Both the steak house and Italian restaurant had mediocre food and very high prices. There is a lot of construction going on nearby. It’s not a suitable location for walking. The only thing close is the convention center. The employees are the best part. They were all nice, helpful, and professional.

Because we stayed on a weekday the staff upgraded us to a room with a loft to TVs a couch and a turf balcony with sliding glass doors. It was clean comfortable and we really enjoyed ourselves

States check in is at 11am. When you check in at 11am they said it’s an additional charge to check in at 11 or come back at 1pm-3pm. I was there for a concert. Had to change in restroom because it started at 12. They gave me a double which I paid for a king. I wasn’t able to check in until 3pm. Then I asked to check out late get my moneys worth they said no. So I paid over 550.00 for less than 24hrs for the wrong room where i couldn’t even get ready in. Over priced and just wasn’t worth it. I ended up going to Mandalay Bay instead the next day they let me stay late until 3pm no additional charge and upgraded a room after I told them my experience here. Stick to what you know.
