Everything was fine except the condition of the room. Drawers in the dresser were broken. The benche at the end of the beds were cracked. The sliding closet door was broken on one side. It wouldn’t open. We were only staying one night, if it was longer I could have asked for another room

We had a pre paid reservation for a night at the Westgate during the weekend before new year. On arrival, we had to wait in a long queue for 30 mins after which the lady at the counter says there are no rooms to give out! And they have moved us to a different hotel! I would have understood if this situation was handled better. We were just given a letter and asked to go to the other hotel. (which was across the road, but imagine walking all the way with all the luggage in hand since we already parked the car in the opposite direction) If they knew, there are no rooms and people need to be moved, the least they could have done was arrange some shuttle! Now, the hassle doesn't end here, also note this is happening at 11pm. We had booked a 2 queen bed suite but in the new hotel, it was a single bed with a pull out couch! Also, the receptionist at the new hotel had no clue of the 'arrangement' and charged my card for the actual room rate and asked me to get it refunded from Westgate. Utterly terrible experience! Please avoid this hotel if you can. Have traveled so much but never been to a hotel that has oversold and has so poor arrangements for alternatives

Our room and bathroom were dirty upon arrival. Gross! I called down to get a new room and was just placed on a long hold, never got through to anyone. Bathtub wouldn’t turn off all the way either. Shocked at how poor of a condition the room was in, I thought this was a nicer hotel by the ratings. Do not recommend!

Our room wasn’t turned down any of the nights we were here. We stayed for 5 nights. We had to ask for towels every night. Some nights we didn’t get new towels. Everytime I asked someone a question the response was “I don’t know or we don’t do that.”

We were very comfortable sleeping at this hotel. It away from Business of the strip and absolutely love the pet friendliness of this place. The only complaint is the noise from the hallway. You can hear all the commotions. But otherwise, we’d definitely stay here again.
