Well we didn't have a refrigerator or a microwave. Carpet needs to be stretched or changed. They missed cleaning the second day. But overall for what we paid for it worked. This is the second time for same type trip. Next year we will try the Riverside

It a great I always have a good time staying here I do think bigger TV in the room would be nice and someone to keep my drinks cold I get it though I could go downstairs and buy all the cold drinks and warm food , I am not upset about it at all it would just be even better then it always is but like I said I always enjoy my time at this location

Check in was very seamless and on the property was very convenient. Our room was very clean, but the hotel is certainly showing its age. Very old bathrooms, very slow draining sink. Old fixtures. Although it is very functional, it could use an upgrade. The price was great. Would stay there again. Staff were very friendly.

Charged a resort fee for “free” wifi and pool use…wifi was slow/didn’t work and the pool was shut down. Hotel did offer use of sister property pool with a shuttle but it felt we were charged for something that we shouldn’t have been charged for.

Worst Experience
I will never again stay at this hotel and will tell everyone and anybody NOT to stay here. Me and my husband were walking through not knowing where we were going and a security guard came up to us and said we needed to take the minors off the floor. I explained that we were not stopping a walking through. He left and went to get two other security guards that escort us through the casino. The younger one got in my husbands face and tried to be intimidating. Totally unprofessional and uncalled for. And when I tried to explain we were looking for the arcade I was disregarded. No apologies, just told minor aren’t allowed on the floor. I will be leaving this review everywhere.
