Loved the hotel, rooms were spacious. Great location, walkable to most places, we did have a car and $10 a night for parking was really reasonable. Cataract Gorge and Chairlift is a 5 minute drive. City Park 2 minute walk, lots of shopping and dining in the area. Would definitely stay again

Hotel is noticeably dated. Rooms are tired and need an upgrade. Just 1 3 pin plug, and that in the bathroom, on which to charge your phone and iPad as well as boiling water for coffee or tea, both of which were missing and had to be requested from reception. A curtain enclosing the shower went out of fashion 20 years ago.

Nicely located hotel in the center of town. Convenient car parking right next to the building. Very outdated inside and old furniture and furnishings in the hall and in guest rooms. Feels like a step back into the 1990tees. Even the bathroom fixtures feel old … comfortable bed and nice to have tea kettle in the room
