Good size room- comfy bed. Very clean. Only noticeable issue was large pot of cigarette butts at the door. This should be cleaned up as the previous renter vacates the room. In my opinion

Place is a dump. Air conditioner was broken refused to do anything about it. Refused to provide a receipt. Dirty and falling apart. Deck made of plywood not boards. Staff dint speak English. Office always closed during checkout to avoid complaints
