The staff is really friendly and helpfull, sadly the breakfast had rotten fruits, that should not happen in a hotel in this price range, the parkinglot is terrible, it should be discounted because we stayed in the swiss wine hotel fassbind.sadly the support of the parkinglot "parking mon repos" is terrible unfriendly, an absolute insolence. We had to pay the full price, horrible..

Convenient for town and metro service

Pros: Convenient to town and metro
Cons: Get decent matresses and pillows. Very uncomfortable
Easy access to town. Was visiting for 3 days. Bedroom clean but bed horrendous

Les chambres sont rénovées et très pratiques. Équipement des chambres très complet. La réception très aimable et répond aux besoins des clients. Séjour agréable.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr Zentral gelegen, das Personal war freundlich, die Ausstattung so wie man es sich wünscht. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Sobald am Morgen um 8 Uhr die ersten Zimmer gereinigt wurden, war nicht mehr ans schlafen zu denken. Es war extrem laut. Der Geruch in unserem Zimmer war leider auch nicht der tollste. Es roch, als wurde früher darin geraucht und mit Chemie hat man dann versucht die Gerüche zu entfernen. Überhaupt fehlt es leider überall ein wenig am Detail. Defekte Armaturen, verkalkter Wasserkocher, schmutzige Fenster. Man müsste wieder einmal ein bisschen Zeit investieren.

Établissement calme et propre, personnel charmant. Situé en pleine ville il est parfaitement placé près des transports publiques ainsi que de restaurants, bars et magasins. Séjour plus que agréable !

Arrivée avec un accueil déplorable où la réception nous fait savoir qu’on n’a pas le droit d’utiliser la cuisinière car il faut payer un supplément alors qu’on a réservé une chambre avec coin cuisines exprès pour la cuisine au vu du Covid... ensuite quand on essaie de discuter, le réceptionniste nous faut savoir que c’est de notre faute puisque on a réservé via une agence de voyage... dans la chambre à trois lits il n’y a qu’un couteau et un siège pour manger... la seule personne souriante et accueillante a été le veilleur du samedi à dimanche. Je vous conseille vraiment de ne plus proposer cet établissement. Une grande déception.
