This old stone farmhouse is located in the heart of Lavoine, a village in the Bourbonnais mountains. A starting point for many hikes, you'll enjoy the atmosphere of a welcoming village, with its woods and forests, its fishing pond (a 400m walk), its inn, and the cross-country ski center (1km). In fine weather, you'll appreciate the shaded green space, part of which is enclosed.

Jolie petite maison dans un petit village au milieu de nulle part. Proximité de la nature, très calme. À recommander aux randonneurs. Climat montagne donc pas trop chaud en été. La maison est bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Il y a 2 lits 2 places et 3 lits 1 place. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le garage. Particularité du village : une horloge à eau et à billes, très insolite, très ingénieux, très fascinant à regarder fonctionner.
