We really enjoyed our stay! The concept of "a loft" was missed by me so I completely forgot the open aspect of a loft and we shared a room with my 17yo daughter so the open shower area was funny to realize and reconcile. Still, on the whole it was no big deal and we'll remember that facet during future bookings. The concierge, the bartender, and housekeepers were all so nice and we appreciated the hospitality.

I liked the bar in lobby they could have did better with sound proofing the seating area because at times there was a group of people that was told to quiet down because they where disturbing the other guest that had first floor rooms I didn’t think they where loud at all

No complimentary breakfast with room. Nearby traffic was noisy, but later that night quiet, but could be because of taking 50mg Benadryl. Ants found in the bathroom and I was on the second floor. Receptionist acted like she was shocked, but not compensation mentioned. I would not recommend or return to this site.

It was a perfect stay. The hotel is very clean and trendy. Staff was communicative and responsive. Clean laundry facility on site. The bar was top-notch...I would maybe suggest a Friday or Saturday event to attract more guest to the lobby bar. Shopping, food, salons were all within walking distance. I would recommend and stay again.

Nice Hotel and Pet Friendly
Pet friendly without a million pet fees. Moved our reservation over from Tru next door because they wanted to nickel and dime us to death with pet charges and no pet amenities for the fees. Rooms were comfortable and staff was very friendly.
