The apartment of 25 sqm is on the top floor (6th) of a chalet on the slopes of SuperDévoluy. A southern exposure on the massif you can enjoy the balcony for relaxation and sun of the Southern Alps.
The Chalet is ideally located 100 m from the shops and first ski lifts. You have access to all the services of the nearby station.
It has been arranged with care for a relaxation couple or family.
New 2019: Complete painting of walls and ceilings for the new season.
New 2017: Change of heating equipment, new bathroom tile, additional storage solution, change of faucet.
New for 2015: for your comfort (new sofa-bed comfort, for relaxing nights after walking the massif on foot, snowshoeing or skiing).

Un beau studio, idéalement situé
Le studio est nickel: _ bien équipé _ belle rénovation, en particulier la SdB _ bien situé _ une vue magnifique _ le propriétaire est facilement joignable _ toutefois la structure de la banquette BZ mérite une sérieuse maintenance ( l'agence est intervenue rapidement). Je recommande la station : _ une bonne ambiance _ un beau domaine skiable _ un large choix d'activités hors ski

un mélange de très bonnes impressions et d'autres beaucoup moins !
Sur l'appartement: bien petit mais très propre, baignoire, belle vue depuis le 6ème étage du Châlet Fraxinelle. Une exposition plein sud, génial ! Un domaine skiable agréable ... Mais marcher longtemps avec les chaussures de ski et le matériel, pour rejoindre les pistes, n'est pas un plus. Pour avoir visiter aussi "La Joue du Loup" cette semaine, nous avons trouvé que cette station avec ses commerçants dans un ensemble de châlets , avec brasserie et restaurants mélangés, à l'air libre, était bien agréable. Dommage que cela n'existe pas à SuperDévoluy où tout est condensé dans les immenses barres d'immeubles... D'un esthétisme ... spécial. Restons sur la note sympa de l'appartement !

Bon rapport qualité-prix
Appartement en bon état à proximité du cœur de station, bien orienté et au calme: bon séjour dans l'ensemble, bien aidé par une météo très favorable ! Un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine (cocotte minute, mixer) et de la vaisselle en plus grande quantité seraient appréciable, ainsi que des rideaux plus occultant étant donné l'absence de volets et l'orientation sud-est. Sinon, il est regrettable que les gestionnaires de la copropriété ne prennent pas la peine de dégager la neige et le verglas des allées piétonnes : c'est très dangereux et on risque plus l'entorse en allant vider les poubelles qu'en skiant ! Mais cela semble être valable pour l'ensemble de la station : un soupçon de déblaiement a été engagé environ 10 jours après la dernière chute de neige... Sinon, bonne petite station avec toutes les commodités (sauf la pharmacie) à proximité et un domaine skiable agréable.

Appartement trés bien conçu
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien conçu pour un couple avec 2 enfants. L' appartement est bien entretenu, propre, lumineux et avec beaucoup de rangements ! Il n'y a vraiment rien à redire sur cet appartement ni sur la résidence qui est calme. Le seul bémol : le parking relativement petit, qui a été vite pris d'assaut le samedi de notre arrivée. Nous avons été obligé de nous garer à plus de 500m...pour décharger la voiture c'était compliqué. Nous conseillons cet appartement et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Agréable petit appartement avec magnifique vue sur les montagnes
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé pour 4 personnes. Juste un petit bémol sur la literie du bz. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.

Appartement fonctionnel avec vue dégagée
Nous avons trouvé un appartement propre, bien équipé avec balcon avec vue sur la montagne. Malgré la canicule,son exposition sud et le dernier étage, nous avons pas du tout souffert de la chaleur grâce à un balcon abrité par un retour de toit faisant office de store. La station est un peu isolée mais sur place commerces et restaurants. Multiples départs de randonnées sur le site et dans les environs. Cependant il faut savoir que la piscine est non opérationnelle alors qu'elle est annoncée ouverte par le propriétaire. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble dans une très belles région.

Agréable et reposant
Le logement est propre, calme, proche des commerces et du centre sportif. Nous avons apprécié les matinées tranquilles, sans bruit si ce n'est les oiseaux, et les ballades de l'après midi au départ de la station. La literie est bien et nous avons bien dormi (BZ compris). Point négatif : la piscine est hors service cet été et je ne le savais pas. Il n'y a pas de piscine municipale à Superdevoluy ! La réparation n'est pas prévue pour cette saison. Puis vérifier dès l'arrivée qu'il y a bien de l'eau chaude pour prévenir immédiatement l'agence, et en tout état de cause avant sa fermeture. L'hôtesse d'accueil est cependant très réactive et a fait le nécessaire pour resoudre ce souci dès le signalement, le lendemain.

APPARTEMENT FONCTIONNEL, VACANCES REUSSIES
Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cet appartement certes sans prétention mais très bien placé et bien agencé. Nous cherchions un tarif attractif avec tout de même de bonnes prestations, c'est ce que nous avons eu et nous en sommes très contents. Local à skis personnel très apprécié, résidence calme et à 5 minutes à pied des toutes les commodités. L'appartement était très bien chauffé et le balcon exposé plein soleil est très agréable... Indiqué au propriétaire : seul bémol le couchage BZ qui est certes à priori très récent mais très douloureux aussi... sinon matelas des lits superposés très bien! A savoir : pas de four et pas d'aspirateur. Mais sinon tout le reste y est.
