Cher KB, Je vous remercie de nous avoir fait partager votre expérience dans notre établissement. Chaque chambre classique est équipée d'un gel douche, d'un shampoing et d'un savon. Toutefois, si vous avez besoin de plus de produits, vous pouvez en demander à la réception qui se fera un plaisir de vous les fournir. Je prends note de vos remarques concernant le petit déjeuner que je vais partager à l'équipe afin que nous mettions en place les mesures nécessaires afin de nous améliorer.
