Mauvaise gestion ou arnaque.....

En déplacement professionnel, nous arrivons au Havre le matin de la réservation. Sans aucune nouvelle concernant cette réservation, nous tentons de joindre le numéro transmis par Abritel à de multiples reprises, en vain. Personne ne répond.Dans la matinée, nous recevons un SMS d'un numéro non répertorié sur l'annonce d'Abritel, nous demandant de payer une caution via une plateforme en ligne.(Rappelons que la caution est intégrée dans le forfait payé).Faute de réponse à mes appels et vu la demande de caution fantaisiste, nous avons du prendre un autre logement sur le havre afin de ne pas nous trouver à la rue le soir venu.Impossible d'annuler la réservation sur le site Abritel le jour d'arrivée.Vers 13H, nous recevons les codes d'accès alors que nous avions précisé avoir trouver un plan B, faute de réponse téléphonique.(Aucun contact téléphonique possible avec le numéro mentionné sur le site Abritel. Uniquement des SMS avec un numéro inconnu)Cerise sur le gâteau : Alors que nous n'avons pas mis un pied dans le logement, ils encaissent les 200 euros comprenant la location et les frais de ménage.Elle est pas belle la vie ?

Bel appartement, bien situé

Bel appartement, très bien pour passer un week-end à 2 couples au Havre. Proprietaires très sympathiques. Chambres confortables. La salle de bains est un peu petite, surtout il n'y a pas vraiment d'évier, mais seulement un lave mains.

Bel appartement ds un environnement bruyant

Appartement joliment rénové. Tram en face qui mène à la plage et centre-ville en qques minutes. Cinéma à deux pas. Pas de lave-vaisselle, ni de cintres, ni de penderie... Ds la salle d'eau, belle douche mais pas de lavabo, slmt un minuscule lave-mains ! Au rdc, juste en dessous de l'appart, fast-food ouvert toute la nuit, avec les tt ce que cela comporte de bruits, altercations, etc. Ne pas oublier les boules Quies.
