We had an annex room. Our room was clean and spacious (we had a couch and lots of room). Amazing to be in the heart of the village! Yes, there are lots of stairs but it is a medieval village and expected. Staff was friendly and helpful, we loved our visit.

This hotel is centrally located. We had a lovely room that looked out onto the ramparts of the city!! Absolutely lovely. Staff were amazing as well.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. No hot water to shower, barely any heat. Towel heater also broken. The room was absolutely DRENCHED in the most sickeningly sweet perfume I’ve ever smelled. I couldn’t breathe very well and had to use my woolen coat as an air filter. I called to request a room change and was rudely informed that it’s normal to perfume a room and that all hotels do it! The neighbors were infernally loud until 2:00 a.m. Could hear absolutely everything. Horrible.

Excellent stay
Mont St. Michel was amazing. Auberge Saint-Pierre was as well. Better than expected it would be. Rooms were a bit awkward due to tight layout, but not a problem. Staff spoke English and were great. Extremely helpful. Plan on staying there again.

Conveniently located right in the Mont St Michel Monastery and walking distance to all the shops and the Abbey. Very nice staff and they were very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend.

Beautiful, historic building with all of the modern conveniences and lovely decor. We had a "standard" room, which was very spacious and quiet even with a room looking out on the main street (2nd floor). Stairs are narrow - be prepared to carry your bags - there's no room to roll them. Parking is in a large lot on the mainland and a free shuttle takes people to the island. You need to contact the hotel the day before arrival for a code to use the hotel parking. The shuttle drops off along the causeway so you need to carry/roll bags about 400 meters to the door, including over cobblestones.

Was a wonderful place to stay while visiting the Utah beach area. We very happy that we had an opportunity to stay at the Manoir de Juganville. The breakfast was amazing. The room and the bed was very comfortable. The host was great.

This hotel is a convenient place to stay if you want to spend the night on Mont St. Michel. They gave us good directions as to where to park the car and how to use the trolley. The breakfast was expensive, but there were many options and it was tasty. We were able to leave our suitcases there after we had checked out and so we were able to go on a tour of the abbey.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Allowed us to store our bags before check-in and after check-out so we could tour the town and abbey. Such a quaint setting. Room was small but totally adequate and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was cozy, clean and very charming. It looked exactly as it did in the advertised pictures. The wonderful woman at the desk held our luggage until our room was ready and she was really kind and helpful. A wonderful restful stay in an amazing place!

Staff were so friendly and helpful! The room was perfectly fine, but of course given the history it's a bit out dated and damp. Perfectly spacious despite being small and the bed was super comfy and it was decently well equipped. We had a very nice stay overall. You can't beat the location! Access to the ramparts for an evening walk and just a few steps up the street once you enter the island.
