Le service de l'hôtel d'accueil ete tres bien. L'équipementier des chambre et trop petit et manqur de pris a la sal de bein .

Jamais vu un hôtel aussi sale

Problème pour récupérer nos clés un catastrophe une fois clé en main surprise en découvrant que notre chambre n'est pas faite! Sans parler de la saleté des murs du sol et j'en passe..plus jamais nous ne dormirons dans un première classe..nous étions un groupe de 8 et avons tous le même avis

Location: Dans la zone industrielle, proche accès rocade, facil à trouver, proximité de restos
Personne n'a répondu au standard quand nous avons voulu prévenir que nous arriverions après 21.00, nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur un client de l’hôtel. Le chauffage crasseux au sol ne fonctionne plus mais pourtant il est encore là, le sol est répugnant avec de grosses taches de..???!! brûlures?!

Nous avons des chambres vétustes avec des marques de brûlures de cigarette causées par des clients inciviques et nous faisons un maximum pour rafraîchir nous même l'hôtel. Cordialement,
