So much to do and see in Leadville. Many new restaurants and shops in town. Hiking and national forest surrounds this beautiful area. Only 10 minutes to ski Cooper. You have 7 ski resorts within one hour and Aspen is only 1.5 hours away.

The space
Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms completely remodeled with comfort and style in mind. Modern kitchen with an induction oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and baking. Great location - close to town and restaurants. Within an hour of 7 ski resorts, hiking, biking, and close to a new National Monument.

Upstairs is fully remodeled. Downstairs is an unfinished basement.

New induction oven works differently than gas or electric. Please read instructions - it lights up on the stove top surface.
