Front desk and check in extremely poor and disorganized. Hazard risk with electrical overloaded circuit that the hotel is aware but not until I pressed and at check out did they admit. Breakfast with little options and stale cereal no bread Price is different than reservation but at the point of check out I just wanted out and had no fight left.

The TV did not work, the door lock was broken, room smelled awful. No window screen- lots of flies and bugs. Not a good time. Prepaid 2 nights- left after the first. Requested a refund

this facility seems to be doing some renovating. The room was better than we've had in the past. They seem to be understaffed. In particular there didn't seem to be anyone keeping an eye on breakfast room so four large coffee dispensers were all empty. We stay here because it's a decent price and we just need a place to sleep.

The property is very run down like a 2 star hotel. But had made a last minute booking and then needed to cancel and they were good enough to agree to that so appreciated their honesty and fairness.

No food at breakfast—- everything was gone & no one at front desk to tell. Big party in the parking lot right under our room, so we didn’t get any sleep. Front desk clerk was friendly, but did not understand English very well and took a really long time to check in.

This is an old motel. The price is high but there are not that many other options for hotels in the area. We always stay here when we go hiking the mountains in the surrounding area. The staff is friendly and nice. The one request I have: Please stop using Pine-Sol and other very smelly cleaners. Those things are very toxic and can cause respiratory illnesses.

Doors unlocking mechanism didn’t work. Manager used a master key to let us in. Bed very uncomfortable. Driveway and parking lot riddled with potholes. No screen on window. Very old motel in need of major remodeling!

This place is overdue for an update/rehab. Nothing on the walls, no mirrors except the bathroom, bedspreads looked old and ragged, hooks missing in bathroom, sink partially clogged, old carpet needs replacing. Too much money for very little care.

we asked for no stairs. Had to go down 6-7 to our room, difficult for physical limitations. Would check no one in till 3, so a long line-then each person took 15 minutes. Only 3 little tables in the small room breakfast was served in, so could not use most of the hours it was served. Most meager breakfast we've ever had in a motel. Could go on and on
