For a resort that charges over $400 per night, the service is average at best. The front desk lady was neither friendly nor informative. The facility is not upscale, it does have EV charger, which is a plus. It has a very high rating but I am pretty disappointed.

A perfect pre-holiday getaway!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Icicle Village! Excellent customer service, comfy room and bed. Hearty, tasty breakfast and delicious dinner in the hotel dining room. Thanks for arranging for a PERFECT day of snow on Dec. 17th to really put us in the holiday spirit!

Great stay except for the snow removal noise
To much plastic was used for beverages everywhere except the room, liked the cleaning only on request. Probably not your fault but 2 out of 3 nights the snow removal truck started about midnight and lasted for over an hour. The second night the truck went by at least 20 times clearing the parking lot but the lot was only 20 feet wide at that spot. We also had someone clearing the side walk right below our window in the middle of the night.

It’s 15 minutes walk to downtown lighting area. Hotel is at almost end of Leavenworth. Restaurant is good one and liked breakfast options which was complimentary with the stay. Overall, a nice place to stay in Leavenworth.
