The villa, fenced, renovated and with brand new furnishings, is located inside the PARCO DEL RAUCCIO just 100 meters from the sandy beach with equipped beaches and free beaches, less than 50 meters from grocery, butcher, pharmacy, bar, pizzeria and 12 km from LECCE the undisputed capital of the baroque and of the nightlife. The central body consists of 2 apartments of 8 and 6 beds. Detached from the central body there is a large 4-bed studio apartment. All the solutions have independent entrances, mosquito nets, ceiling fans, air conditioning.
