Quick Stay, Had all we needed and Very Attentive.

Pros: Clean and Friendly, Relaxed Vibe.
Cons: Maybe a Small Fridge in the Rooms. Bath ?
Location: Great Location and Plenty to do, Buses come frequently to take you into Leeds for shopping, Did not have a long enough stay for full benefits.
Having Driven a very Long way, Check in was swift, it was late, so was handy to have a late opening eating establishment next door, Reception staff helpful. Room spotless. Staff Lovely, Nothing was too much to ask. Only Fault was a Black Hair found in the Scrambled eggs at Breakfast time. Was allowed extra parking and room time. Would definately use this Hotel again. :)

Excellent

Had a great time there! This was my friends daughters first experience in a hotel and she absolutely loved it. I wish the check out time was later than 11am, that was my only downside

Very expensive stay

Pros: comfortable beds, breakfast
Cons: cleaning
The room was comfortable and there was a bed set up for my daughter. However the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly and there was long dark hairs in the shower (stuck to the walls). I didn't expect there to be a handpump for shampoo considering the price we paid per night.

Good comfortable hotel but poor breakfast

Pros: Comfort - Beds, Tea making facilities and shower.
Cons: The breakfast food quality and seating arrangement.
Location: On a main rood near major transport links.
Hotel was comfortable and the room facilities were good, comfy beds and good shower facilities. However, the breakfast in the morning was far too crowded, we had to wait for a table and the selection of food was poor and of low quality.

Good hotel not far from city centre/train station

3 of us required a room for a Saturday evening to attend an event at the First Direct Arena. Good clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Recommended as a great cheap option for Leeds.

Great location

Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Ventilation in bathroom
Location: Emmerdale studio tour within walking distance
Great location, good price for accommodation and parking on site. Bathroom needs ventilation. It was busy at breakfast ans ran out of plates and dishes quickly. Staff friendly and helpful. Check in was good and easy. Would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and quiet room, good value

I have to admit that I used none of the hotel's facilities, so cannot review them. But the room was ideal for a one night stay, modern, clean, well appointed. Only quibble was that the heating was not working, which would have been a real issue if outside temperatures had been any lower.

Average city centre hotel

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms, however hotel rooms/bathrooms could do with a face lift as everything looks a little old and tired unlike other holiday inn express' I've stayed in. Bathroom water pressure in taps and showers is awful. We had two rooms and both were just as bad which suggest this could be an issue throughout the hotel

Business trip to leeds

Couldn't sleep because of external noise although the hotel was centrally placed. It did not seem to have the usual quality of a holiday inn express
