Very friendly staff at reception and in the breakfast area. Dana in particular was a joy to deal with. Hotel clean and comfortable. Bedroom spacious, clean and well equipped. Excellent central location. Convenient underground parking in ‘the Light. We miss the discounted parking charge the Radisson used to offer which we have enjoyed on previous visits.

This is the 5th time we have stayed at this hotel in 3 years. Although we would/ probably will stay again I felt the room needed refreshing wall marks and carpet stains a plenty. Also bathroom had mould around the bath. It’s a shame as we enjoy staying at this hotel.

I was able to walk straight up to check in, off put by a giant spinner to win prizes that I was told I couldn’t do because I was a loyal member and it’s only for new members!!! One lift out of order so long wait and then stopping on every floor with people unable to fit in. Tiny room with internal window which is disappointing not to be able to see the city. Had to call reception to ask for had soap and to close the windows which required a special key. Staff member very friendly. Comfortable bed, lovely designed bathroom but could be cleaner, especially the shower drain. Shower pipe leaking and body wash bottle broken. Not the best experience I’ve had at this hotel, shame it’s always been my favourite in Leeds

Having stayed in the same room 18 months ago, the standards have dropped significantly with stains on furniture, walls, ceiling, bathroom. Very poor for a 4 star hotel.
