Arrived no disabled parking facility and then room second floor although lift access not central a distance along corridor to room partner has heart failure atrial fibrillation and adhd so felt was not accommodating

I had a room that was clean and comfy beðs. It was a bit disappointing that after i managed to get frowned and smèrked at reception for not being able to locate my booking. No soft tissue were in the box in bathroom. The room was prepared for 2 sleepers with 2 cups 2 glasses and 2 bottles of water. No accessible place to fill kettle for brew. After driving a long journey to hotel and then to a conferences i went to the hotel to no hot water neither was their any in the morning.

Lovely building our room was in need of decoration and at the back of the building by a main road and no heating, that probably reflects in the price we paid. Only Sunday roast available on arrival and no free tables even though we were staying at the hotel, breakfast was very nice but only just warm

Highly recommended!
I was welcomed by a chap called Dom at the front desk who was very polite, professional and couldn't do enough! I had a couple of drinks and something to eat in the Stables bar where I was served by Ellie, again, very chatty, welcoming and a credit to the hotel, I asked for the names of the two people as I knew I wanted to leave them a glowing review! The food was fantastic too, all in all, a very pleasurable trip.

I don't like the current hotel trend to exclude breakfast from stays when booked online. I thought the Weetwood £5 voucher for unnecessary cleaning of room was very generous and helped reduce my extra cost of breakfast. Staff were very helpful and the event meal was good quality

Room not set up as single beds, quickly sorted but no apology for sending us up to the room twice. Shower lacked any power and the towels were old and scratchy. Such a pity as previous stays here have been good.

Rooms need updated and there was someone else’s sock left on the chair in the room. Our room was right next to the main road so traffic noise was horrendous. Could do with secondary glazing. Staff were lovely and friendly and Sunday dinner was amazing although they did run out of beef but the chicken was tasty

Stayed overnight here for the Emmerdale tour that departs from the car park. Struggled to get up in the morning the bed was that comfy. Ate in the Stables Bar that served great food at reasonable prices. Great selection at Breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Emmerdale Tour and hotel
Our stay was amazing and the staff fell over themselves to help when asked . The breakfast was delicious and the food served at The Stable was delicious too . Will be returning next year

This hotel is very average . I would say it’s the same standard as a travel lodge. Our shower was barely more than a trickle. You certainly could not have washed your hair under it. The lift was dirty and surrounding area had full litter bins. On the plus side the pub was lovely with a lovely lady behind the bar. Food was excellent. The breakfast was great and Nigel was the gem of the stay. He offered excellent customer service in an efficient and charming way.

I always stay here when visiting family in Leeds. It’s clean, safe and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of items at breakfast ( although I didn’t stay for this on the latest visit). Grounds are very attractive, especially in summer and parking is generally easy and free.
